Brian Cook is weird. A local middle school art teacher, he is the mind behind The Haunted Legs, the tale of a pair of cartoon-y legs severed from its body. Naturally, we invited him to an Artist Salon (a semimonthly celebration of local makers) at the studio. Brian brought his Kickstarter story (successful!) and talked about how important growing awareness is to becoming successfully financed. His guerrilla tactics included bombing tourist postcard displays with his own Haunted Leg materials and sending posters for fans to distribute in cities around the world.
