One of Portland's claims to fame is her annual Rose Festival. We are talking a month packed with events that celebrate the culture of our Rose City including the new addition of the International Youth Silent Film Festival.
Last week at the Hollywood Theater, Northwest filmmakers (20 years old and younger) competed with three-minute short films set to a collection of live scores played on a classic theater pipe-organ by Nathan Avakian.
