Leadership
Our Heritage
The pioneering Portland stop-motion house behind The California Raisins, The PJs, and Domino's Noid. Coined the term "Claymation" and defined an entire medium.
Phil Knight acquired the studio in 2003 and re-branded as LAIKA, which would go on to produce Coraline, Kubo and the Two Strings and the upcoming film, Wildwood.
The iconic commercial arm of LAIKA, producing award-winning work for the world's biggest brands while sharing artists, stages, and craft DNA with the feature side.
Formed an independent studio with LAIKA's blessing. Carrying forward five decades of Portland's stop-motion legacy while continuing to produce CG, 2D, and emerging tech.
